5 vandens gėrimo taisyklės

Vanduo yra geriausias žmogaus draugas, jis sudaro daugiau nei 70% mūsų kūno tūrio, tad būtina žinoti, kad vanduo yra gyvybiškai svarbus mūsų kūno sistemų normaliai veiklai, jis atlieka begalę gyvybiškai reikalingų funkcijų, o svarbiausios funkcijos yra, kad vanduo naudojamas virškinimo metu bei šalina iš kūno įvairius toksinus, nereikalingas medžiagas, kurios, be vandens, mūsų kūną nuodytų.

Tad penkios Vandens gėrimo taisyklės, kurias turi žinoti kiekvienas

  1. Atsikėlus ryte išgerti stiklinę vandens ir tik apytiksliai po 30 min. valgyti pusryčius. Vanduo nuplaus mūsų virškinimo traktą ir skrandį, bei paruoš maisto vartojimui.
  2. Vandenį gerti prieš maistą likus 30 min. Dažnai mes maišome troškulio ir alkio jausmus, kai norime gerti mes galime ir suvalgyti užkandžių, tad kad neapsigautume, reikia gerti vandenį ir tik tuomet palaukus valgyti maistą. Nes kas ten žino, gal tai buvo tik troškulio jausmas.
  3. Sportuojant, vandenį reikėtų gerti prieš treniruotę, per treniruotę ir po treniruotės. Rekomenduojama toks vartojimas: prieš treniruotę likus ~2 val. siūloma išgerti apie 5 – 7 ml vandens kiekvienam kūno kilogramui, per treniruotę, kuri trunka valandą ar daugiau, ~10 ml vandens kiekvienam kūno kilogramui, o po treniruotės – pusantro karto tiek, kiek netekote kūno svorio. O lengviausia tai nusistatyti yra pasisverti prieš treniruotę. Dažnai žmonės pasisvėrę po treniruotės ir pamatę sumažėjusius skaičius galvoja, kad jiems nukrito riebalai, tačiau tai ne riebalų numetimas, o tik laikinas skysčių netekimas, kurį būtina atstatyti po treniruotės.
  4. Vandenį turime gerti mažais kiekiais, bet dažnai. Žmonės daro klaidą, kada geria vandenį, kai pajaučia troškulį, tačiau troškulys – tai pavėluota reakcija, parodanti, kad kūnui jau trūksta vandens. Tad vandenį gerkime reguliariai, po kelis gurkšnius, kad nejaustume troškulio.
  5. Organizmui gali pakenkti ne tik per mažas, bet ir per didelis vandens kiekis. Jei išgertume greitai ir daug vandens, mūsų kūnas su tuo nesusitvarkytų ir taip sutrikdytų elektrolitų pusiausvyrą: tai gali sukelti sveikatos problemų ar net smegenų pažeidimus.
