Fizinio aktyvumo piramidė

Daugelis žmonių nežino nuo ko pradėti judėti, kuo ir kiek kartų užsiimti, tad tam buvo sukurta fizinio aktyvumo piramidė, kuri nusako kiek ir kokio fizinio aktyvumo žmogui reikia. Piramidė yra sudaryta iš lygių ir mes jums išskirsim IV piramidės lygmenis, kurie visi yra svarbūs norint užtikrinti sveiką ir laimingą kūną.

I lygis

Piramidės didžiausią dalį ir pagrindą sudaro kasdienė veikla, tai ėjimas, lipimas laiptais, tvarkymasis namuose ir t.t. Šiems dalykams žmogus turėtų kiekvieną dieną skirti bent 30 minučių. Kasdienis fizinis aktyvumas suteikia teigiamų poslinkių sveikatai, padeda reguliuoti svorio kontrolę ir padeda jaustis sveikai bei gerai visą dieną.
Kai jūs pradedate judėti kiekvieną dieną bent po 30 minučių, prie šios veiklos reikia prijungti ir kitus aktyvumus.

II lygis

3 – 5 kartus per savaitę mes turime užsiimti aerobine veikla, bent 20 minučių. Tai įvairūs aerobiniai pratimai: bėgimas, važiavimas dviračiu, riedučiais ir t.t. Taip pat turime užsiimti ir aktyviu laisvalaikiu, įvairiais žaidimais: futbolu, kvadratu, krepšiniu, rankiniu ir t.t. Šis fizinis lygis suteikia papildomo poveikio sveikatai, mažina širdies ir kraujagyslių sistemos susirgimų riziką, gerina jos veiklą ir bendrąjį fizinį pajėgumą.

III lygis

1. 2-3 kartus per savaitę mes turime atlikti tempimo pratimus, kurie gerina judesių amplitudę, laikyseną ir mažina traumų bei nugaros skausmų riziką. Atliekant treniruotę taip pat reikia nepamiršti, kad jos pradžia ir pabaiga sudaryta iš tempimo pratimų. Prieš pagrindinę treniruotės dalį, turime atlikti dinaminį tempimą (trumpo laiko tempimas kelis kartus), tam kad sušildytume raumenis ir paruoštume juos darbui. Tai labai svarbu, nes dauguma sportuojančių žmonių padaro statinį tempimą, o ne dinaminį. Po pagrindinės treniruotės dalies atliekame statinį tempimą (raumuo ištempiamas ir laikomas tokioje padėtyje tam tikrą laiko tarpą), kuris atpalaiduos raumenis. Statinis tempimas puikiai gerina lankstumą (gebėjimas atlikti didelės amplitudės įvairių sąnarių judesius), kuris daro teigiamų poveikių mūsų organizmui:

✔gerėja laikysena, nes tempimo pratimai padeda iš netaisyklingos struktūros grįžti į taisyklingą padėtį.
✔mažėja traumų pavojus.
✔gerėja raumenų kraujotaka.
✔gerėja raumenų baltymų apykaita.
✔mažėja raumenų įtampa, padeda jiems atsipalaiduoti.
✔didėja sąnarinio tepalo kiekis, todėl mažėja trintis sąnaryje ir jo susidėvėjimas.
✔didėja darbingumas ir fizinis pajėgumas.
✔didėja raumenų jėga ir ištvermė…

Tiesiog jaučiamės geriau! Labai svarbu skirti dėmesio lankstumui, nes jo praradimas tolygus senatvės pradžiai. (J. Girskis, 2009)

2. Taip pat 2 – 3 kartus sportuojantis žmogus turi atlikti jėgos treniruotes. Raumenų stiprinimo pratimai palaiko liesą kūno masę ir didina jos funkcinį pajėgumą, mažina nugaros skausmus ir osteoporozės riziką. IV lygis

Tai yra poilsis, kuris yra būtinas gerai savijautai ir sveikatos užtikrinimui, tačiau pasyviai veiklai kaip sėdėjimas prie kompiuterio, telefono, televizoriaus žiūrėjimas ir kita veikla, mes turime riboti.
